Jan 12, 2009 — Now that Democrats have taken control of the State Senate, the chances for the legalization of same sex marriages are greater, say gay rights advocates. But there are still not enough Senators, both Democrat and Republican, on board with the bill right now to pass it in the Senate. Karen DeWitt reports.
