It's a cold winter across the North Country this year. Wood piles are dwindling quickly. Furnaces are burning heating oil a little faster. So what happened to global warming? Jonathan Brown put that question to Erika Barthelmess. She's an associate professor of biology at St. Lawrence University. And she says it's important to distinguish between climate and weather.
