Jul 22, 2002 — An activist group seeking rights for the disabled, has been making progress for better housing through protests. The group, known by the acronym, ADAPT, has in recent months shut down, for a time, parts of the State Health Department and office of the State Senate Leader. Karen Dewitt reports.
