Golisano says taxes, Governor are "forcing" him to move out of state
May 19, 2009 — Billionaire businessman Tom Golisano says he has to move out of state because of high taxes. The three-time gubernatorial candidate went to Albany yesterday to blame his exodus on Governor David Paterson. Karen DeWitt reports.
