(05/21/09) Our guest is Joan Silber, a magnificent writer whose sixth book is The Size of the World. It is a novel created out of loosely linked stories with characters moving from minor to major positions, and locales ranging from '20s Siam to Vietnam-era Mexico to 9/11 Bloomington.
