Jun 17, 2009 — The field of candidates to replace John McHugh in Congress is developing. Yesterday State Senator Joe Griffo announced he would not seek the seat. Fellow politicians Dede Scozzafava, Will Barclay, and Darrel Aubertine haven't ruled themselves out. But a Franklin County legislator and two area businessmen say they're in.
