Sep 24, 2009 — NCPR is media sponsor for the third annual Tri-Lakes "Artist at Work" Studio Tour this weekend. The self-guided walking and driving tour starts Friday and features over 36 artists showing and selling their works at more than 30 locations across the Tri-Lakes region. It gives visitors an insider's view of the creative process. Todd Moe spoke with Lake Placid artist Jackie Altman about her art and the studio tour.
