A public employees union won a restraining order, blocking the state health commissioner's mandate that doctors and nurses on the state payroll must get a shot or get another job... We talk with the public health director in Washington County who says lots of people want a shot, but there's not enough of the vaccine to go around... And a tractor parade in Charlotte, Vermont.
