New York Gov. David Paterson declares a state of emergency due to the wide-spread and still growing number of swine flu cases... The state's top financial officer says New York shortchanged its own road and bridge fund by billions of dollars over the past two decades... And he says the now-closed Crown Point Bridge is one example of what can happen when these funds are siphoned off road and bridge projects... Frustration over the bridge closure boiled over last night in Port Henry as residents and commuters in northern New York and Vermont vented their anger... And we hear from the debate between two of the three candidates running for a North Country seat in Congress.
