(11/19/09) A Franklin County grand jury has decided not to file charges after reviewing an alleged sexual assault case involving students at Paul Smith's College. College officials say two members of an athletic team have been suspended due to the incident. But, as Chris Knight reports, few details about the case are being made public because the files have been sealed by a judge.
