North Country doctor says health care reform supports medical innovations
Mar 26, 2010 — North Country physicians are reacting to passage of the Health Care Reform bill--signed into law this week by President Obama.
Dr. John Rugge is CEO of the not-for-profit Hudson Headwaters Health Network, which operates community health centers across a wide swath of northern New York. Speaking with Jonathan Brown, Rugge says he's "elated" by passage of the reform law.
