Rensselaer, NY, Apr 08, 2010 — Gov. Paterson will be offering state lawmakers another emergency spending bill this week, to keep the New York operating as work on a final budget for the coming year continues. There's no sign of progress on an agreement between Senate, Assembly, and governor, though the deadline for the budget passed a week ago and lawmakers insist the Easter-Passover break was a working vacation.
