Apr 23, 2010 — For more than 30 years, Warren Dyke, of Colton, has helped organize an event to fight cancer. He was a marathon runner for years and lost a brother to cancer in the 1970's. Todd Moe spoke with him about Sunday's 32nd annual Edward I. Moses Walk/Run for Life at St. Lawrence University. The goal this year is to raise the millionth dollar. Dyke says many who participate do so in memory of a family member or friend.
