Indian Lake, NY, May 28, 2010 — How would you define food in the Adirondack region -- Wild blackberries? Fresh trout? Milk from a local dairy farm? The Adirondack Museum is celebrating food, drink and the pleasures of eating in a new exhibit, Let's Eat! Adirondack Food Traditions. The exhibit, which opens today, includes culinary stories and customs from Native American foods, cooking around the campfire and today's farmer's markets. Todd Moe has more.
