Oct 25, 2001 — This spring, North Country Public Radio broadcast a series of stories about families dealing with developmental disabilities. Last week, those stories were honored with a public service award by NYSARC, a statewide organization that helps children and adults with special needs. Today we hear again Brian Mann's report on the difficulties of finding support and services in rural areas.
