The North Country Helping Out at Ground Zero
Nov 09, 2001 — In the weeks since the September 11 attack, thousands of people in the North Country have helped with the recovery in New York City. Red cross workers, state police, firemen and paramedics have joined the effort. No one has done more than members of the National Guard, who've left their jobs and their families to go south. Brian Mann has this profile of one family in Saranac Lake.
