New York Non-profits Hurting Despite Supplemental Budget

When the state budget supplement was passed there was a lot of debate about the plight of New York's not-for-profit organizations. They eventually received 200 million dollars, but many non-profits are hurting in other ways, too. At the coalition for the homeless in lower Manhattan, it's been an extremely tough fall. Karen DeWitt reports.
