Albany, NY, Feb 01, 2011 — Governor Cuomo is set to release his state budget today, which is likely to contain some deep spending cuts.
On the eve of the expected bad news, the governor revised his estimate of the state deficit down, saying he's now discovered it's closer to $2 billion than the $10 billion figure he had previously believed. Karen DeWitt reports.
