Albany, NY, Feb 03, 2011 — Governor Cuomo is taking his budget message, with it's $10 billion dollars in recommended cuts, to the people, in the form of a web video. Meanwhile, the democratic governor is picking up some support form some unusual quarters-the Tea Party. Karen DeWitt reports.
