Albany, NY, Feb 08, 2011 — Mayors from around New York asked for more money from the state legislature at a joint fiscal budget committee at the capital yesterday. The mayors, who say they know the state has a huge deficit, also offer some ideas to help cities save money, and rely less on state aid. In Albany, Karen DeWitt reports.
