Non-Profits Still Waiting for Supplemental Funding

New York's not-for-profits thought their fight for state funding was over when the state legislature and Governor Pataki agreed to restore $200 million worth of funding. But, over one month later, groups still have not received their money, and as Karen Dewitt reports, they're learning that when they do get funding it may be less than what they expected.
