Aug 30, 2002 — The two democratic candidates for governor squared off in a public television debate yesterday in Rochester. While the two agreed on many issues, Andrew Cuomo, the former Housing Secretary, who's behind in the polls, jabbed continuously at the frontrunner Carl McCall, who is the state's comptroller.
