North Country US Congressman Bill Owens says he’s delighted they "finally got it right".

"It’s been a real struggle", Owens said Friday, "but we’re delighted they’ve reversed their decision and are going to give individual aid to Clinton County."

Owens said he’s been proud of his fellow New Yorker’s actions since the storm: "I continue to be impressed by people’s willingness to help their neighbors, and their just incredible spirit about putting things together so their communities are vibrant and strong.”
