Manila, , Sep 07, 2011 — Governor Cuomo unveiled a new state flag to memorialize the New Yorkers and others who died in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center towers. He says the flag will be flown at the memorial site in lower Manhattan as well as at the State Capitol. Karen DeWitt reports.
