Sep 09, 2002 — Chris Ortloff and Andy Abdallah aren't the only Republicans fighting for the 114th Assembly seat. Also on the GOP ballot tomorrow will be Tupper Lake businessman Bill King. King is fiercely conservative - a pro-life member of the John Birch Society, who served on Tupper Lake's school board. Through the summer, his campaign has been largely invisible. Talking with Brian Mann, King says his ideas should be heard by voters.
