State extends fracking comment period

Rensselaer, NY, Dec 01, 2011 — The state's Department of Environmental Conservation is extending the public comment period on its draft hyrdofracking regulations. The announcement came yesterday at the latest of a series of public hearings on the DEC's draft environmental review and regulations. The Innovation Trail's Zack Seward has more.
