Golisano Wins Independence Party Primary

Listen to this story
Although the primaries were over two weeks ago, the results of the Independence party primary are still being tallied. According to the final, but unofficial, vote count from the State Board of Elections, Rochester businessman Tom Golisano beat Governor George Pataki by less than 500 votes.
