State Police sergeant James Lobdell says police are still investigating the crash, and it’s still not clear whether they’ll press any charges:

We’re still looking at depositions…once that occurs we will review the circumstances of the accident and determine if there are any vehicle or traffic violations that occurred.

The crash took place on State Route 37 in Massena, apparently as the FedEx truck was switching from the left to the right lane. One woman is still hospitalized.
