Queen Observes Wet Thanksgiving in Ottawa
Oct 14, 2002 — Under driving wind and rain yesterday, Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip attended a Canadian Thanksgiving service in Ottawa. About 3,500 people joined the royal couple for the outdoor ceremony on Parliament Hill. Todd Moe chats with some of the many royal watchers.
