1 dead, 2 hurt after shootings in Queensbury
Queensbury, NY, Aug 07, 2012 — QUEENSBURY, N.Y. (AP) A confrontation over an apparent love triangle has left one man dead and two people with gunshot wounds in eastern New York.
Warren County Sheriff Bud York tells local media a fight erupted yesterday afternoon when Ralph Runnalls of Fort Ann went to a house in Queensbury, argued outdoors with a couple there and started shooting with a handgun.

He says 55-year-old Paul Wells and 43-year-old Jacqueline Keegan ran into the home and Runnalls ended up killed with a shotgun. Wells and Keegan were treated at a hospital for minor wounds from handgun shots.
York would not say who fired the shotgun, but said the shooting appears to have been self-defense. No charges have been filed.
