Caring for "hothouse" plants

Most North Country homes, particularly in winter, don't have ideal conservatory conditions, but it's still possible to grow and maintain some exotics. African violets and Reiger begonias can be pretty finicky, but the Rex begonia is a little easier to keep, and the Streptocarpus or Cape Primrose can be a lovely addition to the home. Martha Foley talks with horticulturist Amy Ivy.
