An Energy Efficent Habitat
Nov 28, 2002 — Habitat For Humanity is a not-for-profit organization known for building affordable housing for low-income families. The Raquette Valley Habitat For Humanity chapter is taking the model a step further. It is building an affordable home in the town of Rensselaer Falls in St. Lawrence County that uses 30% less energy than a conventional home.
