Dec 09, 2002 — On Friday, Governor George Pataki appointed an interim chairman to head the Adirondack Park Agency. Jim Frenette has been a member of the commission since 1992. As Brian Mann reports, Frenette takes over at a time when the Park Agency is struggling.
