Jan 22, 2003 — There's a growing nervousness over what Governor Pataki may propose in his budget plan next week. In anticipation of possible cut backs, hospitals across new York made clear Tuesday that any further declines instate aid could be harmful to patients. Karen Dewitt reports from Albany.
