Lunchtime hike to Grassy Pond near Racquette Lake

There's been snow in parts of the North Country, but this long, glorious autumn has also brought remarkable warm days which have lingered into November.

Our Adirondack bureau chief Brian Mann has been taking advantage of the weather to explore some new Adirondack trails.

He sent an audio postcard from the Grassy Pond trail in Hamilton County, which lies between Racquette Lake and Blue Mountain Lake.
