Jan 28, 2003 — Governor Pataki has said he wants to reform Medicaid in his new budget, to be released Wednesday. Those who have to pay for rapidly growing state health care program are hoping that Pataki will propose cuts as a solution. Those who depend on Medicaid for health care wish that the Governor would preserve services. Karen Dewitt reports.
