Biden, Cuomo to discuss rebuilding after Sandy

ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) Vice President Joe Biden is set to visit the New York Capital and join Gov. Andrew Cuomo for a discussion of the state's rebuilding efforts following Superstorm Sandy.

The hurricane hit New York in late October 2012, flooding several parts of New York City and Long Island and destroying many homes and businesses.

Cuomo has promised to build stronger, more storm-resistent infrastructure, saying once infrequent storms have been happening more often.
