Feb 03, 2003 — Governor Pataki has said that he's pushing for deep spending cuts in his new budget because he does not want to repeat mistakes that were made in the early 90's. But fiscal experts say there are more similarities that differences between the governor's plan, and the budgets of over a decade ago. Karen Dewitt reports.
