Feb 14, 2003 — Ever since his third term began, Governor Pataki has been reaching back to his conservative roots to guide him in policy making. This week, Pataki took a more partisan tone than during his re-election campaign, blaming some Democrats that he said were behaving hypocritically about a number of key issues. Karen Dewitt reports.
