Listen to this story
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and the St. Lawrence Psychiatric Center in Ogdensburg is sponsoring an exhibit that features work by people who have been treated for mental illness. The goal of the exhibit, to be displayed beginning May 19 at four locations in Ogdensburg, is to bring awareness and reduce the stigma about mental illness. Todd Moe spoke with the psychiatric center's director Tim Farrell and rehabilitation counselor Tori Lampett about the art show, "Creations in Hope".
