Mar 11, 2003 — Governor Pataki and legislative leaders have, for the first time, obeyed a legal deadline that requires they agree on state revenues by March 10th. The news comes as Pataki's budget director orders state agencies to make more cutbacks, or face running out of cash by the middle of May. Karen Dewitt reports.
