Feb 01, 2002 — Five years ago, with help from a federal grant, the North Country Consortium began installing new computers and Internet access in more than a dozen schools and libraries in Jefferson and Lewis counties. This year, the Consortium received the final portion of the million-dollar grant. As Jody Tosti reports, the money will provide training to help teachers and librarians make the most of the new technology.
