Apr 15, 2003 — Governor Pataki has suspended discussions with legislative leaders over a new state budget. He says they're failing to specify restorations of his proposed cuts and how to pay for them. Pataki also urged lawmakers not to take their annual Easter-Passover break in the absence of a budget agreement. Karen DeWitt reports.
