May 16, 2003 — North Country River District Assemblyman Darrel Aubertine was among the legislators who were pleased by what they called a fair, bipartisan budget for New York. While the budget process was definitely not the norm this year, Aubertine says some people have the misunderstanding that the political process is broken.
