Franklin County Voting Plan Challenged in Court

The Republican Party and a group of independent activists are pushing to change the legislative districts in Franklin County. The districts were drafted by the county legislature, which is controlled by Democrats. Critics say the boundary lines are lopsided and give some parts of the county unfair clout. As Brian Mann reports, a lawsuit has been filed, but both sides say they're close to a settlement.
