Akwesasne Mohawks Debate Risks and Rewards of Politics Off the Reservation

The Mohawk population on the Akwesasne reservation is growing at more than twice the rate of the North Country's white population. Some tribal leaders say that trend could give natives more power in local and state politics. But as Brian Mann reports, many in the Akwesasne community prefer independence over political power.
