Jul 01, 2003 — The St. Regis Mohawk Tribe will inaugurate new tribal chiefs this morning for the first time in seven years. Chiefs Jim Ransom, Maggie Terrance and Barbara Lazore will take the reins of the tribal council in a swearing-in ceremony at 10:30.
