All Terrain Vehicles: More Popular and Problematic Than Ever

The popularity of 4-wheeled all-terrain vehicles is booming in New York state. A new study published this week by the Wildlife Conservation Society found that ATV registrations jumped from thirteen thousand to nearly a hundred thousand in the last decade. As Brian Mann reports, thousands of 4-wheelers are being sold here in the North Country, but there are few places where people can ride the machines legally.
