Aug 08, 2003 — Environmentalists say the cleanup of the Superfund sites in New York have already been delayed because of the failure of Governor Pataki and the legislature to agree on a renewal plan. Now, they say, the federal government is also dragging its feet on cleaning up polluted sites. Karen DeWitt reports.
