Profile: Ross Whaley is Pataki's Choice to Lead APA

The Adirondack Park Agency is meeting this week in Saranac Lake. Governor Pataki has announced his choice for a new chairman for the agency. Ross Whaley is former President of the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and also worked a researcher at the U.S. Forest Service. Whaley has a home on Upper Saranac Lake. He spoke with Brian Mann about his career and his hopes for the Park Agency.
